Duties * Performs journeyman level work with assignments designed to provide the competencies, skills, and experience required to perform the more complex work at the full performance grade level. * The work increases in difficulty, complexity, and responsibility as the incumbent gains experience and demonstrates a full comprehension of assigned work. * Assists with formulating, reviewing, submitting, and justifying a segment of the command program and budget for assigned installations or activities. * Monitors budget levels and certifies the availability of funds to ensure the legal and efficient use of funding. * Provides management with financial information such as financial reports. * Applies accounting, budgeting and/or manpower principles, theories and practices to ensure that financial management, manpower, and/or accounting systems produce accurate results and meet legal and regulatory requirements. * Oversees the development and continuous analysis of Table of Distribution Allowances (TDAs). * **These duties are described at the full performance level (GS-11). OR Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Data Analytics (aka Data Science), or related fields. (NOTE: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.) OR Superior Academic Achievement: Successful completion of all the requirements for a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. In order to be creditable under this provision, Superior Academic Achievement must have been gained in a curriculum that is qualifying for the position to be filled.
