Duties As a Data Analytics Specialist, the incumbent serves as an analyst to develop capabilities that collect, measure, analyze, and report on areas including but not limited to fiscal stewardship and property accountability. The position delivers data analytics to include, but not limited to attrition, staffing, cost, cost avoidance, revenue, equipment and weapon system downtime, efficiencies, and metrics. * Administers and coordinates diverse data analytics portfolio for both Army and Air National Guard projects. * Utilizes expertise in interpreting, developing, and applying appropriate data to generate usable products that enable leaders to make informed decisions about the enterprise related to business processes, management, and efficiencies. Conducts studies, identifies trends, risks, and themes based on the data and information. * Performs qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of National Guard programs (examples include Comptroller, Logistics, Real Property, Maintenance, and Human Resources). * Inspects and reconciles data to ensure validity of information. * Keeps supervisors and staff informed of administrative issues and developments.
