Duties * You will plan the use of subordinate worker's equipment, facilities, and materials on a week-to-week or month- to month basis. * You will establish deadlines, priorities, and work sequences; and plan work assignments based on general work schedules, methods, and policies set by higher level supervisors. * You will coordinate work with supporting or related work functions controlled by other supervisors. * You will determine the number and types of workers needed to accomplish specific projects. * You will determine how many assignments can be accomplished concurrently, which ones may be delayed; consider skills, personnel, materials, and equipment available and required to complete projects. * You will participate with superiors in the initial planning of current and future work schedules, budget requests, staffing needs, estimates, and recommendations as to scheduling projected work. * You will assign work to subordinate employees, provide indirect oversight of trade workers (military and/or civilian personnel). * You will plan and establish leave schedules and determine training needs/provisions for the accomplishment of training of employees.
