Summary You will serve as a PROCUREMENT ANALYST in the NAVAL INFORMATION FORCES of NAVAL INFORMATION FORCES. Duties * You will manage and facilitate the Service Requirements Review Board (SRRB) process, ensuring contract requirements are reviewed, validated and prioritized at the appropriate levels. * You will provide acquisition guidance to the requiring activity (the customer requesting the procurement) on pre-award and post-award activities. * You will be responsible for conducting COR assessments quarterly or as required by leadership. * You will serve as a Business Advisor providing guidance and advice and ensure all business aspects of the acquisition are considered. * You will review requisition packages for accuracy and compliance with administrative, regulatory and procedural requirements to ensure consistency with current market practices and conditions. * You will coordinate contract requirements, prepare contract execution plans for program funding and decision papers for future baseline Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), and for Program Objective Memorandum (POM) submissions. * You will be responsible for command training, procurement development support, acquisition planning, and conducting market research. * You will assist with preparing Independent Government Estimates (IGE) develop Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statements of Work (SOW), and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP) and other procurement documents. * You will formulate acquisition strategies and plans, develop source selection plans and strategies, Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statements of Work (SOW), and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP). * You will assist with the development of command SRRB instruction, contract management staff instruction, and implementation of policies and regulations applicable to their commands and subordinate commands. * You will develop, implement and provide training to command staff and subordinate commands regarding procurement document development and current procurement techniques and methods on various topics. * You will assist with the NAVIFOR COR Program.
