Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) coordinating the delivery of technical refresh services to update IT assets; 2) troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software problems to resolve customer reported incidents; 3) formulating and monitoring budgets to support IT plans, programs and activities; and 4) providing technical assistance to customers to minimize disruptions of computer operations. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
