DutiesAs a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will:Provide national leadership in the oversight of Title VI investigations and stewardship responsibilities in developing, implementing, and evaluating non-discrimination policies, guidance, regulations, and programs to prevent discrimination activities of recipients and sub-recipients of Federal-aid Highway funds.Responsible for ensuring Title VI investigation procedures align with current regulatory practices.Responsible for Title VI investigations management consistency, and coordination throughout FHWA and OST, and can analyze complex problems, apply innovative solutions, and recognize politically and emotionally sensitive situations before taking action.Establish a close working relationship with field offices to maintain a current understanding of troublesome, complex, and emerging issues, and maintain extensive and current knowledge in the state-of-the practice and suggest innovations to improve efficiencies in processes and the Title VI investigations.Establish partnerships and actively participate in national, regional, and local conferences, seminars, workshops, partnerships, and forums on Title VI, and is the primary HCR contact for receiving inquires on Title VI complaints and investigation and responding to a variety of other agencies.The ideal candidate for this position is a senior-level professional with extensive experience working on matters related to Title VI and Title VI investigations at the national level.
