Interact with Customers on inbound and outbound calls to handle sales requests.  Prepare quotes based on Customer specifications. Follow-up with Customer to resolve differences throughout the sales, build and ship process.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·         Analyze customer requests and needs

·         Provide customer with product or feature recommendations, as appropriate

·         Prepare product quotes for customer and other sales representatives

·         Work with internal and external contacts to facilitate pricing, quoting, ordering, and production processes

·         Interact with customer to resolve discrepancies of definition.

·         Interact with customer to supply updates.

·         Define requirement for specialty purchased materials to manufacture product.

·         Consult with Operations Manager and Engineering (as needed)

·         Coordinate with administrative and sales support to ensure timely freight quotes and accurate costs

·         Read and interpret CAD drawings

·         Review specifications with Engineering, Design (as needed).

·         Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

·         Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures

·         Excellent PC skills

·         Attention to detail

·         Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

·         A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

·         Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

 

Education & Experience

·         Requires 2-year degree in a related discipline

·         1-2 years relevant sales/project management experience preferred

Compensation details: 60000-80000 Yearly Salary
