o Previous experience as an Account Manager supporting Federal Programs
o Proven experience within the Staffing Industry, or government integrators; preferably within the Federal sector
o Proven track record of being able to meet sales targets
o Proven ability to drive sales; ability to prospect new & existing Federal Programs
o Strong communicator of oral and written work; also, good presentation skills
o Understands the importance of documentation and the utilization of tracking tools
o Superior interpersonal skills-work collaboratively within a matrix organization
o Adaptable to change
o Build and maintain relationships with clients
o Set up and conduct client visits
o Demonstrate a true partnership approach with clients
o Follow up with managers regarding candidates, interviews and employees’ performance, etc.
