Diehl Auto Repair is a growing NAPA Gold AutoCare Center with four successful locations and a fifth location opening soon. We're looking for a professional Service Advisor who enjoys working in a team environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms
- Write repair orders and prepare repair estimates
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on technician findings
- Order parts
- Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience required
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience writing repair orders and estimates
- Parts ordering experience
- Computer proficiency
- Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and text
- Excellent organizational skills
- Professional appearance

Compensation
Base Salary
$52,000-$60,000 annually
Performance Bonus
