Location: Dayton, Ohio The role of the Senior Government Proposal Pricing Analyst is pivotal in leading proposal
pricing initiatives. This position entails overseeing the development of Cost/Price Volumes for
diverse federal clients, aligning with FAR, DFARS, State and Local regulations, as well as
company policy and protocol. The ideal candidate will be tasked with crafting price proposals,
researching direct labor rates, constructing intricate pricing models, writing cost narratives, and
ensuring overall compliance with government solicitations. In this capacity, the preferred candidate will provide vital support to the Diné Development
Corporation (DDC) pricing department, functioning under the guidance of the Pricing Manager.
The primary focus of the Senior Government Proposal Pricing Analyst will revolve around
the production of Cost/Price Volumes for complex price proposals. This involves meticulously
reviewing Request for Proposals (RFPs), establishing pertinent cost and pricing data as per
government RFP guidelines, analyzing and communicating these requisites to senior
management, preparing comprehensive cost volumes (including cost proposals and narratives),
maintaining proposal documentation and associated files, as well as collaborating with
subcontractors concerning the proposal process. Responsibilities: • Proficiency in working with FARs, CAS, certified cost or pricing data requirements, and GSA rates is a prerequisite. • Demonstrated experience in pricing Government GWACs (Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts) and Complex Multiple Award IDIQs (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) is also a prerequisite. • Strong proficiency in utilizing financial modeling tools, particularly Excel, is required. • Experience in Small Business and/or 8(a) pricing, as well as sole source award pricing, is valuable. • Knowledge of indirect rates, including their calculation and pricing strategies, is beneficial for successful performance in this role. • Demonstrating detailed expertise in diverse contract types (e.g., FFP, T&M, Cost Plus, and Hybrid) along with a comprehensive understanding of Service Contract Act Requirements. • Collaborating closely with management teams to compile all essential data necessary for comprehensive documentation. • Strong documentation skills • Generating a variety of documents and presentations to support the proposal process, encompassing kick-off meetings, color team reviews, signoffs, and other relevant stages. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization. • Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of internal staff and management. • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail. • Additional duties as assigned. DINE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION DDC-DINE.COM ,Qualifications: • A Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university; alternatively, a minimum of ten years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • A minimum of 5-8 years experience Pricing/Financial Analyst in government contracts (GovCon) is essential for this role. • Ability to pass company background check. • Ability to handle and prioritize large volumes of tasks across parent company and 10 subsidiaries to ensure deadlines are met. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. • Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation. • Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving, seeking opportunities for continuous improvement. • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
