Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we’ll emerge as the nation’s fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a strategic, innovative Digital Technology Senior Manager who is an experienced problem solver and team leader with an aptitude for tools and business strategy to join the team and help support the use of MarTech tools across lines of business. The primary objective of this role is to leverage your knowledge of Marketing Technology and interpersonal skills to improve our MarTech stack for all groups that use the tools. You will work with Marketing tactic owners, IT devs & PMs, technology vendors, and senior business managers as you evaluate tool usage, identify gaps in our technical setup, articulate and advocate for recommended improvements, and provide subject matter expertise to help effectuate those recommendations. This is a broad role which will test your technical skills, your critical thinking, your interpersonal skills, your willingness to learn, and your capacity to produce high-quality deliverables. If successful, you’ll have put your thumbprint on the tech stack of the company for years to come.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coach a team of digital technologists to support business growth.Partner with the paid media team to optimize digital support systems and grow the business.Expertise in digital acquisition technologies, email & SMS strategies, and paid media performance tracking.Manage and optimize paid media landing pages, A/B testing structures, and technology integrations.Prepare and deliver presentations on project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.Support the roll-out of new marketing capabilities, refine performance measurement systems, and maintain vendor relationships.Skills, Experience and RequirementsEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant course of study preferred 10+ years experience with Marketing Technology in a B2C context, with a preference given to experience with Oracle Responsys, Unbounce, Invoca, LiveRamp, Google Analytics, Tag Managers (Adobe Tag Manager). Equally comfortable discussing requirements and proposals with technical and non-technical personnelExperience with marketing tools that support online/ Digital campaigns in areas such as campaign management, attribution measurement, data management platforms, and behavior analyticsAbility to articulate complex ideas in a way that is simply understood and facilitates decision makingExperience in media and ad operationsSkills and Qualifications:Excellent communication skills applied to building relationships, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts effectivelyStrong proficiency in data analysis to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and make informed decisions based on performance metricsHigh degree of proficiency with paid media tracking platforms, reporting tools and marketing automation software is requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethicKnowledge of the retail wireless industry is a plusSalary RangesCompensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year BenefitsWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits.The base pay range shown is a guideline.
