Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; Shifts may start and end any time over a 24-hour day. Part Time Cast Members must be fully available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and available to work all holidays and all peak seasons. Full Time Cast Members must be fully available to work 7 days a week and fully available to work holidays and all peak seasons. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
