Overview Technical Recruiter Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) is a Federally Recognized Tribal Entity and IT Services Firm. We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. Summary This position is responsible for providing support and vision during the process of acquiring and placing applicants to meet the staffing needs of the company. The Technical Recruiter is responsible for the sourcing and vetting of qualified candidates in order to staff positions with quality candidates that meet the criteria of the positions. Responsibilities Includes the following (Other duties may be assigned): * Assists with recruiting efforts, including, but not limited to advertising, correspondence with applicants, and other forms of organizational marketing as related to recruiting * Conducts searches for qualified candidates through networking, referrals, ads, internet, and other online sources. * Creates and maintains written recruiting plans, tracking and documenting the process, in order to handle the volume and easily provide current information to hiring managers. * Partner with hiring managers to understand their business needs and hiring criteria, developing a comprehensive recruiting strategy based on relevant needs. * Research various geographic markets to identify recruiting and staffing trends in order to help the Business Development team with their proposal efforts * Conduct phone screens and interviews for applicants. Schedule and coordinate interviews for managers. * Maintain CBIZ recruiting system - job postings, candidate disposition, contact notes, etc. * Coordinate with HR to ensure that all necessary documents are complete and present prior to on-boarding. * Ensure that hiring criteria for open positions are met to the standard of the Statement of Work for the relevant contract requirements being staffed. * Examine new employee job requisitions and follow-up with the hiring managers to find out specifics on the position to drive recruiting strategies. * Performs detailed reference checking on potential candidates prior to sending to lead * Write effective job descriptions and post to targeted job boards. * Negotiate salaries based upon market pay levels for candidates' work experience and skill-sets. * Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting. * Administer and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems for all requisitions and applicant records. * Able to effectively communication compensation and benefit plans. * Knowledge of compensation and employment regulations for Federal contracting. Qualifications * 2 years of experience in a recruiting or sales capacity * Bachelor's degree preferred
