We are a highly collaborative global group that operates on the edge between Engineering and the business and helps to design solutions from concept to launch - all while focusing on and advocating for what's best for our customers. We work closely with Engineering and Design to create some of the most innovative never-been-done-before products. We partner with the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to bring the product to market.As a Senior Product Manager for the Navigator Product team, you will influence the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Docusign’s AI-powered agreement repository, a key component of Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform. You will be an expert in customer problems & end-to-end user journeys around managing agreements, and create a roadmap aligned to both. You will expand Navigator use cases to drive adoption and add new value for the enterprise customer segment, while working closely with other Product Managers, UX, Engineering, and Product Marketing as you define requirements for new features and bring them to market.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Management.ResponsibilityBuild strategy and roadmap that supports the goals of Docusign Navigator and Intelligent Agreement ManagementCollect customer feedback and partner with Research team to identify and validate customer problems around managing agreementsDefine and effectively communicate product goals and requirements, and work cross-functionally with Design & Engineering to execute solutionsAnalyze cost/benefit tradeoffs and facilitate discussions to reach stakeholder consensusDefine KPIs, implement tracking mechanisms, and measure feature success post-launchPartner closely with Marketing and Sales teams on GTM plans for a successful feature launchPresent product strategy to teams and executive leaders to get feedback and buy-inInfluence effectively without authority in and outside of the Product teamJob DesignationHybrid:Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.
