What you'll do



Docusign seeks a highly experienced and hands-on Technical Delivery Manager to join our Enterprise Applications Product Engineering team. The Delivery Manager will oversee and lead various finance initiatives and ensure seamless coordination between various business partners, Product Management and Product Engineering teams. This role requires strong technical project management skills, technical acumen on Oracle ERP Cloud, and the ability to work effectively with the Engineering teams in the US and India.This role is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director of Product Engineering - Finance.ResponsibilityLead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectivesManage contractor or FTE technical project managers in a highly matrixed organizationAct as a liaison between the Product Management and Product Engineering teams in the US and Bengaluru, IndiaLead the US based business and IT partners ensuring clear communication and coordination of tasksProvide technical guidance and leadership on Oracle Cloud ERP platform ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standardsCoordinate and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and objectivesIdentify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolutionLead the collection of key data and reporting across remote Product and Engineering teamsTake initiative and produce timely results in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environmentMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specificationsEnsure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables through thorough testing and validation processesMentor and guide the Technical Project Managers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environmentLead the contractors on the projectOrganize team meetings like daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives




Job Designation



Hybrid:Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring



BasicBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field12+ years of relevant experience5+ years of experience in technical project management, Scrum Master focusing on Finance Applications preferably Oracle ERP Cloud8+ years of experience on the Oracle ERP platform as an Implementer, Technical Lead or Technical Project ManagerDeep understanding and experience on the Oracle technology stack including OCI and OICExperience with project management methodologies and toolsExperience with the Agile/Scrum principles to facilitate and drive projects across teamsExperience with leading projects across cross-functional teams across different functional areas work streamsExperience with leading Quote to cash projects that span across multiple applications including but not limited to Oracle, SFDC, Apttus and Revenue systemsPreferredPMP or similar certificationAbility to collaborate with SMEs to keep the product backlog up to date, which includes features, tasks, and other items required to bring the product to marketExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different time zones and culturesDemonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in leading and mentoring technical teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven track record of working closely with engineering teams and coordinate with cross-functional teams based in different locations, especially in the US, EMEA and IndiaDeep understanding of Oracle ERP Quote to Cash and Finance applications preferably Oracle Subscription Management, Accounts Receivable, Zuora Revenue, Project Accounting and General Ledger including the underlying table structures and technologiesDevelopment experience on integrations to 3rd party applicationsExperience with OCI, OIC, VBCS, BIP reportsAbility to write complex queries and troubleshoot technical issues independently




Wage Transparency



Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $151,800.00 - $245,150.00 base salaryIllinois and Colorado: $145,800.00 - $205,950.00 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $145,800.00 - $214,350.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.Global benefits provide options for the following:Paid Time Off: earned time off, as well as paid company holidays based on regionPaid Parental Leave: take up to six months off with your child after birth, adoption or foster care placementFull Health Benefits Plans: options for 100% employer paid and minimum employee contribution health plans from day one of employmentRetirement Plans: select retirement and pension programs with potential for employer contributionsLearning and Development: options for coaching, online courses and education reimbursementsCompassionate Care Leave: paid time off following the loss of a loved one and other life-changing events
