Hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)

Pay Rate: $22.70 - $25.20 / hour (High shift differentials available)

Job Duties:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document residents' health status.
• Assist RNs and supervise CNAs in daily care activities.
• Provide wound care and support treatment protocols.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.

Requirements:

• Proof of valid LPN license in good standing from the State Of Tennessee
• Current CPR certification (must be active and in good standing)
• Must be authorized to work in the US
