Hiring Registered Nurses (RN)

Starting Pay Rate:

$28.70 - $31.70 / hour (with insurance)

$32.70 - $35.70 / hour (without insurance)

*High shift differentials available*

Job Duties:

• Administer medications and manage treatment plans.
• Oversee the care provided by LPNs and CNAs.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and medical staff.

Requirements:

• Proof of valid RN license in good standing from the State Of Tennessee
• Current CPR certification (must be active and in good standing)
• Must be authorized to work in the US
