Platform Waste Solutions is an environmental services company that provides waste management solutions for the residents we serve. Compensation:

Hourly Wages: Starting at $22 per hour (based on experience)
Average of 45-55 hours per week
Overtime pay after 40 hours worked
Paid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route, & Schedule:

Home Time: Home daily!
Schedule: Monday – Friday, weekends as needed
Shift: Start time at 5:00am until the route is complete, average 9-11 hours per day
Route: Residential waste/recycling collection services based on assigned routes
- Must be willing to travel to other sites within 2 hours if needed, compensation for travel
Level of Touch:
- Varies based on the truck, primarily side load
- Loading and unloading waste

Equipment:

Waste/dump trucks
Automatic transmission
Manual transmission is available but not required

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have CDL B or A license
Drivers will ideally have a minimum of 6 months driving experience
Drivers must have a clean driving record with no moving violations
No more than three (3) motor vehicle violations within the last three (3) years
Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
Must be able to pass background check
Drivers must live within 40 miles of Nashville, TN or be willing to relocate for this position
- Must be willing to travel to other sites within 2 hours if needed, compensation for travel
