We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

In short, as the Ancillary Specialist, you will oversee all aspects of ancillary products, including the cancellation of products and filing gap claims. You'll be responsible for ensuring the correct amount of funds are applied to the loan or returned to the customer. In short, as the Ancillary Specialist, you will oversee all aspects of ancillary products, including the cancellation of products and filing gap claims. You'll be responsible for ensuring the correct amount of funds are applied to the loan or returned to the customer. Work with internal and external business partners to ensure cancellations are processed in a timely manner. This role requires an ability to analyze, identify, and efficiently remediate any errors.
In long, you will:
- Gather and review documents to cancel ancillary products manually and systematically in accordance with policy and procedure.
- Communicate with various product providers to ensure timely processing of cancellations and to resolve outstanding discrepancies.
- Navigate third party total loss portals to enter cancellation requests.
- File GAP in a timely manner with the correct GAP provider and follow up with insurance companies for documentation needed.
- Conduct audits and analyze reporting to ensure proper cancellation and application of refunds.
- Assist other departments with inquiries related to the cancellation and reinstatement of ancillary products.
- Utilize approved databases, tools, and websites to assist in the overall ancillary process.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

The Specifics
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of experience in collections, customer service, sales or retail industry
- Knowledge in insurance or claims a plus
- Ability to work 6am-3pm schedule
