We are seeking full time LPNs to help our team continue to provide care for the whole person in a professional and compassionate approach. * Administer ordered medications and collect vital signs
* Evaluation of elders’ current health status, communication with supervisors and NP for noted changes in an elder
* Observe and document elders’ progression with treatments, behaviors, changes in status
* Communication and education for elders and families about diseases, preventative treatment, medications, and plan of care
* Provide leadership and supervision of CNAs
