A Shift Manager reports to the Restaurant Manager and is responsible for the oversight of their shift, either Morning or Evening.

A successful Shift Manager is responsible for the training and coaching of Crew Members throughout their shift to execute Dunkin’ standards and deliver a great and friendly Guest Experience.  Shift Managers set goals, provide job assignments, motivate others, provide feedback, and are integral in building and promoting the “People First” culture of the restaurant.
