QA/QC TECHNICIAN

Job Summary:

Tests and inspects work performed in compliance with applicable codes and/or specifications.

This position requires some cleanroom knowledge and requires tasks involving practical use of discretion and independent judgment. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Inspect materials, products, and work in progress.
• Test and measure products, components, or assemblies for functioning, operation, accuracy, or assembly to verify adherence to functional specifications.
• Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure proper assembly of parts or assist in testing and monitoring activities.
• Mark items for acceptance or rejection, record test results and inspection data, and compare findings with specifications to ensure conformance to standards.
• Familiar with the use of hand tools.
• Report to work as scheduled within the time frames which are set forth by supervisor(s).

Qualifications:

High familiarity with cleanroom protocols

Have some mechanical ability and use of hand tools

Ability to communicate both in written form and verbally

Capable of problem solving for leaks and particles contamination in a timely manner

Communicate well and work well with others.
