What We’re Seeking


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of our facility, ensuring efficient operations within budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, with expertise in hiring and training personnel, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with Best Practices and HACCP requirements. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams to achieve exceptional results.


What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)


Ensure a Safe and Compliant Work Environment



  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on safety procedures and equipment usage

  • Enforce safety policies and procedures to minimize employee injuries and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Conduct on-site drug screening and investigations as needed


Guarantee Food Safety and Quality Control



  • Ensure team members follow proper food handling procedures and maintain HACCP, FSMA, and Best Practice qualifications

  • Collaborate with Senior management to address out-of-spec products and implement corrective actions

  • Train and supervise employees on food safety principles and practices


Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams



  • Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, embodying the WE Will Win as One mentality

  • Determine training needs and provide coaching, counseling, and development opportunities for employees

  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and maintain accurate records of attendance and performance


Optimize Operations and Supply Chain Logistics



  • Liaise with internal and external customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

  • Manage inventory levels, track quality and quantity, and implement FIFO best practices

  • Meet financial and performance targets, analyze data, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs


Drive Continuous Improvement



  • Seek opportunities for improvement and champion change throughout the organization

  • Guide decisions using the Spirit of EA Sween and build a Culture Survey action plan to enhance employee satisfaction

  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.


What You’ll Need (Qualifications)



  • 5+ years of experience in Warehouse, Distribution, or Supply Chain management

  • Basic math skills and ability to read and speak English

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and prioritize tasks

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Ability to pass criminal background checks and drug screens

  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or as requested to support 24/7 operations


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Previous leadership experience

  • Forklift operation experience

  • Experience with ERP, Warehousing, or Inventory technology


Physical Demands and Work Environment:



  • Ability to lift 75 lbs. and push/pull 250 lbs.

  • Tolerance for cold environments (35°F) for extended periods

  • Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, and reach for long periods

  • Frequent bending, kneeling, pushing, squatting, and reaching

  • Ability to climb in and out of equipment as needed

  • Meet and maintain required productivity standards
