Essential Functions * Facilitates daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review, and iteration retrospective * Manages engineering development projects and facilitates sprint releases * Creates or analyzes business requirements documents and project timelines * Drives team iteration execution, communicates with management and stakeholders * Manages project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance * Works with team leads to resolve problems and project roadblocks * Able to do post-mortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity * Maintains team data in project management software (i.e. JIRA and others) to support estimates and execution * Presents high-level project readouts for senior management * Supports product owner(s) with intra-team dynamics concerning priorities and scope Minimum Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree relevant discipline and ten (10) years of relevant experience * At least four (4) years of relevant Scrum Master experience working within the DoD/military industry. * Scrum Master certification from a nationally recognized certifying organization * Active Top Secret security clearance Location * This role will require onsite work in Charleston, SC - though there is some degree of flexibility, the candidate must reside in a commutable distance in/to Charleston
