Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analyst, Associate to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, projection modeling, budgeting and strategic planning. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to senior management on financial performance, trends, and projections.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, forecasts, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accurate financial projections.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve company goals.
• Monitor and analyze key financial metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Perform various ad hoc projects including researching, analyzing and summarizing data/analysis requests as assigned.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, projection modeling, and strategic planning.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment screenings.
• Ability to work in office as directed

• Proficiency in financial modeling software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• A positive attitude and ability to keep moving forward.
• Investment banking or Fortune 500 FP&A experience is preferred

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• This position is performed in a standard office environment.
• This person will operate more than 90% of the time in a stationary position.
• When not stationary, this person may need to move about the office environment to access filing cabinets, office machinery etc.
• This person must be able to operate a computer, common software packages as other office machinery such as a calculator and a printer.
