Job Description – Replenish / Restock Associate

Position Type: Full-Time Seasonal (Peak Holiday Season)

Position Overview

The Replenish/Restock Associate supports FN Logistics by unloading boxes from conveyor belts and placing them onto carts for the Replenish department. This role is primarily stationary and requires consistent lifting, accuracy, and adherence to warehouse safety guidelines.

First Day, Training & Requirements

Day 1: Paid orientation (onboarding, policies, warehouse overview).

Following Days: You will complete three consecutive days of hands-on training. All training must be completed to remain on assignment.

Upon completion of orientation, you will be issued a warehouse badge.

Badge must be worn at all times to clock in/out and enter work areas.

This is a full-time seasonal position for the duration of the peak holiday season.

Schedules (Core Team)

FN Logistics currently operates on a mandatory 6-day schedule.

If your assigned days off are Friday/Saturday, you will work Friday as your 6th day.

If your assigned days off are Sunday/Monday, you will work Monday as your 6th day.

Sixth-day work is paid at overtime.

Set Schedules:

  • Schedule 1: Friday & Saturday off
  • Schedule 3: Sunday & Monday off
  • Pay Rates – Seasonal Holiday Differential Active
  • First Shift
  • Tue/Wed/Thu: $18.50/hr
  • Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon: $20.50/hr
  • Second Shift
  • Tue/Wed/Thu: $21.00/hr
  • Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon: $23.00/hr
  • Third Shift
  • Tue/Wed/Thu: $21.50/hr
  • Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon: $23.50/hr

Key Responsibilities

Remove boxes from conveyor belts and load them onto carts.

Perform replenishment and restock tasks in the designated department.

Maintain cleanliness of the work area.

Follow all FN Logistics and Bluecrew safety and conduct policies.

Communicate with Leads/Supervisors as needed.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly without assistance.

Must be able to stand in a mainly stationary position for long periods.

Ability to bend, lift, push, pull, and reach during shift.

Safety & Conduct Rules (Strict Enforcement)

Absolutely no AirPods, earbuds, headphones, or electronics on the warehouse floor.

Cell phones must be put away and may only be used during breaks in designated areas.

Violation of these rules = immediate termination from assignment.

Dress Code Requirements:

  • No UGG boots, Crocs, slides, or open-back/open-toe shoes.
  • Must wear closed-toe, closed-heel shoes.
  • Hats allowed only with bill facing forward.
  • No hoodies with the hood up.
  • No excessively baggy clothing.
  • Long hair must be tied up and off the shoulders.
  • No dangling jewelry.
  • No long nails (safety requirement).
  • No crop tops, spaghetti straps, short shorts, or see-through leggings.
  • Dress comfortable—warehouse is not temperature controlled.
  • No offensive words or graphics
  • Additional Requirements
  • Must bring and use a clear bag for personal belongings.

Parking is limited:

  • Please arrive early.
  • Additional parking is available up the street on Bloomfield, same side as FN Logistics.

When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

  • Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
  • Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
  • Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
  • Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
  • Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
  • Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
  • There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
