Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve plated meals and buffet-style service with speed and precision
  • Carry serving trays with 8–10 meals efficiently and safely
  • Execute all Steps of Service to ensure a seamless guest experience

-Set up and break down buffet stations, beverage areas, and event spaces

-Maintain clean and organized service areas, including bussing and resetting tables

- Follow instructions from supervisors and adjust quickly to event changes

-Provide attentive and professional customer service throughout the event

-Assist with coffee service, boxed lunches, and reception set-ups as needed

-Handle basic beverage service, including wine pouring and bottle opening

Requirements:

  • Prior banquet or event service experience is required
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment
  • Must speak fluent English and communicate clearly with guests and team members
