Street Team Associates are responsible for ensuring our vehicles (e-bikes and e-scooters) are

properly positioned, compliant, and available to riders. They serve as the on-street presence of

Bird ,maintaining operational standards, assisting with minor issues, and providing real-time

feedback to the Ops team via Slack

?Rebalance vehicles to maintain required coverage across priority areas

?Ensure vehicles are upright and ready for use.

?Support reporting for compliance audits as directed by Operations Leads.

?Respond to 311 complaints only when directed by City Operations Manager

?Retrieve or reposition vehicles reported for improper parking, obstruction, or safety

concerns.

?Locate downed vehicles via Bird App

?Offer assistance to riders experiencing difficulties (e.g., app unlock issues, ride ending,

or parking confusion).

?Educate riders courteously about safe riding and parking guidelines.

?Report recurring rider concerns or high-issue areas to management for review.

?Inspect vehicles for visible damage or safety concerns.

?Tag and report vehicles requiring maintenance or repair within the app.

?Perform minor resets or repositioning as trained.

***General Requirements***

When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

  • Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
  • Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
  • Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
  • Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
  • Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
  • Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
  • There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.

It is important to Bluecrew that you go home in the same healthy state that you came to work in, so please do not accept this assignment if you cannot fulfill all of the above duties.
