Concession Attendant

Job assignment will be given upon arrival. Assignments may include, but are not limited to:

• Cashiering
• Food Runner
• Concession Assembler
• Barback

Duties may include, but not limited to:

• Customer interaction
• Operating a Point of Sale machine (register)
• Taking & entering customer orders
• Preparing customer orders
• Preparing basic concession food items
• General maintenance and cleanliness of work area
• Accurately and quickly service all guests, take credit card and cash payments and give back correct change.
• Check ID on any customer ordering alcohol who looks 30 years or younger.
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs

Additona Parking details:

• ACCESS TO THE FESTIVAL PARKING LOT
• Take West "O" Street to Sun Valley Boulevard
• Take a right onto Sun Valley Boulevard and go north to Line Drive
• From Line Drive follow the signs to the Festival Space parking lot.
• Patrons may walk to the arena utilizing the connecting Pedestrian Bridge and will
• land at the northeast corner of the arena, approximately 28 feet off the ground and
• will also connect to the east side of the arena at ground level.

You will walk up the stairs and across the Lincoln Bridge to get to Pinnacle bank arena. On the other side of the bridge. There are stairs that are leading down

After you go down the stairs, follow the blue line to a door that says marshalling. It is right next to the loading dock.

Check in with Security. They will send you to the uniform room or we will come down to get you.

DRESS CODE:

• Shirt: PBA polo (issued onsite). Must be visible when doors are open. Only plain black, white, or gray long sleeves may be worn underneath.
• Pants: Clean black pants. No holes, sweats, capris, shorts, leggings, or tights.
• Shoes: Comfortable, closed-toe shoes in basic colors. Must be clean, with socks.
• Hair: Pulled back and off collar. PBA Hats/hair nets required in concession stands. Facial hair must be clean and groomed.
• Jewelry: Limit one ring per hand. Small stud earrings only (quarter-size max). No large/long necklaces. Facial piercings must use clear spacers.
• Hygiene: Shower daily, use deodorant, keep hair clean/groomed, avoid heavy scents.

• Serve food and drink items to customers
• Provide friendly and courteous customer service
• Help with event setup and tear down
• Maintain clean and organized workstation
• Keep stand well stocked with food and drink products
• Other duties as assigned
