Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team. In this role, you will provide clinical oversight and supervision for in-home ABA services for children and adolescents diagnosed with autism and related developmental needs.

As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in designing individualized treatment plans, mentoring RBTs, and partnering with families to support meaningful and measurable progress. We are looking for clinicians who are collaborative, ethical, and passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services while continuing to grow professionally.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skill-based assessments

  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans

  • Supervise and provide ongoing training and feedback to RBTs

  • Provide parent training and caregiver collaboration to support skill generalization

  • Monitor client progress through data review and analysis

  • Ensure clinical documentation and treatment plans meet compliance standards

  • Collaborate with clinical leadership, intake, and case coordination teams

  • Participate in ongoing supervision, mentorship, and professional development

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification (in good standing)

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • At least 1 year of experience providing ABA services

  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills

  • Ability to manage cases independently while working within a supportive team structure

  • Comfortable working in in-home settings

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supervising RBTs or BTs

  • Experience providing in-home ABA services

  • Strong family-centered and collaborative approach

  • Availability for after-school hours

  • Experience working with insurance-based ABA services

Pay Rate

$65 – $80 per hour
