Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral health needs. This role is crucial in providing support and guidance to clients while promoting positive behavioral changes through evidence-based practices. $22 - $26 per hour.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
- Provide one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.
- Assist in the development of skills for daily living and social interactions.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and progress notes as required.
- Collaborate with team members, including therapists and family members, to ensure a cohesive approach to care.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in applied behavior analysis.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience
Ideal candidates will possess experience or knowledge in the following areas:
- 1 year of experience working with children or children with autism.
- Behavioral health practices and interventions.
- Gender issues counseling techniques.
- Medical documentation standards.
- Psychotherapy practices.
- Individual and group counseling dynamics.
- Clinical research related to behavioral health.
- Applied behavior analysis techniques and principles.
