NAVWAR CSS MAC Junior Contracts Management Analyst San Diego, CA Job Posting v10.24 EnProVera is seeking a motivated individual to provide contract management services and assist with the development of contract strategy, planning, and administration. What you will do: * Assist in the development of contracting strategies for development and production contracts . * Generate, review and provide support to the preparation of contract documentation. * Prepare DD-1423 forms and determine appropriate Data Item Descriptions for each deliverable. * Track, d istribute and m aintain Program and Project c ontractual d ata to include Delivery Orders, Amendments, PRs, MRs, CDRLs, etc. a s requir ed . * Track, distribute, a nd maintain program and project contract data requirement lists (CDRLs) , i dentify deficiencies , recommend modifications and solutions and provide comments to specific CDRLs. * Track Contract Policy Updates and assist in ensuring that all contracts adhere to current policies. * Track contract actions and schedules and provide a weekly status report for all contracts. * Develop and maintain a tracking database of the status of all planned and ongoing procurement activities. * Coordinate schedules to facilitate completion of contract deliverables and project/program briefings and presentations. Required Skills and Experience: * Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI and be able to successfully pass a Counterintelligence polygraph examination * US Citizenship * Proficient knowledge of MS Office software Education Requirements: * A Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline; or * At least six (6) years of recent and relevant professional experience performing the duties and responsibilities listed above; or * An Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing the duties and responsibilities listed above.
