NAVWAR CSS MAC Junior Systems Engineer San Diego, CA Job Posting v10.24 EnProVera is seeking an experienced engineer who is adept at communicating technical requirements and complex technical briefings in a concise and straightforward manner for technical and non-technical audiences . You'll also provide systems engineering and technical products and services to support the research, design, development, integration, certification, and future planning for PMO programs, initiatives, and capabilitie s for programs and projects through all stages in the acquisition process. What you will do: * Conduct trade-off and feasibility studies; design, development, testing, installation, investigation, creation and verification of technical documentation, plans, and drawings related to technical management concepts, and performance, compatibility, interoperability, interface, and operational evaluations. * Support the application of engineering disciplines to technically support the development of new capabilities . * Support requirements analysis and integrated DoD Architecture Framework products . * Perform and support interface definition studies of system components and prime products as required . * Conduct and support extensive engineering investigations including root cause analysis. * Analyze and refine initial user needs, validate and prioritize requirements, and analyze previously validated and prioritized requirements. * Generate technical engineering products by using the appropriate standards , processes, procedures, and tools through the integration, test, readiness, and operations life cycle of Customer systems. * Develop/review entrance and exit criteria for program and design reviews. * Develop, review, and update system (hardware and software) design documentation; review development plans, requirements specifications, design descriptions, and software version descriptions for complex development programs; develop CONOPs and the associated Measures of Performance and Measures of Effectiveness for system employment. * Generate system level drawings and DoDAF views to describe system operation, correction and interfaces. * Assist with the development of engineering documentation, which includes the review, assessment, and development of engineering changes, testing documentation, fielding procedures, plans, decision briefs, or other engineering deliverables in support of PMO programs . * Re view technical products and deliverables and provide formal and informal assessments on quality, completeness, risk, and impacts to program objectives . * D evelop and analyze performance metrics to ensure the effective and efficient operation of fielded equipment. * Doc ument and manage all program baselines and fielding requirements, including Technical Data Packages, drawings, installation and test procedures, acceptance procedures, and certifications. * A ssist with identifying and resolving platform production issues, perform production and risk analysis, research technical issues, revie w technical specifications to ensure deliveries meet contract specifications, drawings and reports, and make technical recommendations. Required Qualifications: * Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI and be able to successfully pass a Counterintelligence polygraph examination * US Citizenship * Proficient knowledge of MS Office software Required Education: * A Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline; or * At least six (6) years of recent and relevant professional experience performing the duties and responsibilities listed above; or * An Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing the duties and responsibilities listed above.
