NAVWAR CSS MAC Senior Systems Engineer San Diego, CA Job Posting v10.24 EnProVera is seeking a motivated individual to provide systems engineering and technical products and services to support the research, design, development, integration, certification, and future planning for PMO programs, initiatives, and capabilities in areas that include Technical Director (TD), Acquisition Program Manager Engineering ( APM-E), Cybersecurity, Test and Evaluation for programs and projects through all stages in the acquisition process. What you'll do: * Conduct trade-off and feasibility studies; design, development, testing, installation, investigation, creation and verification of technical documentation, plans, and drawings related to technical management concepts, and performance, compatibility, interoperability, interface, and operational evaluations. * Support the application of engineering disciplines to technically support the development of new capabilities, support the development of significant alterations to existing systems, and support integration and interface of existing equipment or software into different applications or platforms. * Support requirements analysis and integrated DoD Architecture Framework products , allocation to baselines; and prioritized technical roadmaps with gap analysis. * Perform and support interface definition studies of system components and prime products as required . * Review engineering documents , identify shortfalls and deficiencies, and recommend development alternatives and trade-offs. * Conduct and support extensive engineering investigations including root cause analysis. * Analyze and refine initial user needs, validate and prioritize requirements, and analyze previously validated and prioritized requirements. * Generate technical engineering products by using the appropriate standards , p rocesses, procedures, and tools through the integration, test, readiness, and operations life cycle of Customer systems. * Develop/review entrance and exit criteria for program and design reviews. * Conduct complex technical briefings in a concise and straightforward manner for technical and non-technical audiences to support program decision making. * Develop, review, and update system (hardware and software) design documentation; review development plans, requirements specifications, design descriptions, and software version descriptions for complex development programs; develop CONOPs and the associated Measures of Performance and Measures of Effectiveness for system employment. * Research, identify , and implement engineering, development and process improvements and efficiencies. * Generate system level drawings and DoDAF views to describe system operation, correction and interfaces. Required Qualifications: * At least ten (10) years of professional experience in systems engineering * Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI and be able to successfully pass a Counterintelligence polygraph examination * US Citizenship * Proficient knowledge of MS Office software Required Education: * A Master's Degree in an engineering discipline and ten (10) years relevant professional experience performing the duties and responsibilities listed above or: * Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years additional related work experience may be substituted for a Master's degree Pay Scale: $160,000 - $170,000 annually FLSA Class: Exempt About Us: EnProVera offers a competitive salary, paid time off including government holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package.
