Trach collar should be at no higher than 40%)• General Medical Surgical Diagnoses as appropriate• Palliative, End of Life, Hospice patients• Psychiatric Observation• Diabetes (including new diabetics, patients with complications related to diabetes• Surgical patients, surgical observation
