Shift: Days / 7a-3p, 8x5, 40hrs per week
Length: 26 Weeks
Requirements:
- OR License
- 1 year experience
- Bachelor's Degree in occupational or physical therapy or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelors)
- BLS
- American Society of Hand Therapists certification: Required
- Occupational Therapist (OT): Required
- Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC): required
- Certified Hand Therapy certification
- Master's Degree preferred
- 2 years' occupational therapy experience preferred
- Cerner experience
Others:
- Local travelers accepted
Certified Hand Therapy certification required.

Job Summary:
Provides patients with evaluations assessments prognoses treatments and education through a continuum of care with an emphasis on hand therapy.
Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelors Degree in occupational or physical therapy or equivalent (some certifications will require Bachelors): Required
Master's Degree: Preferred
Two years' occupational therapy experience: Preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
Occupational Therapy licensure in OR state of practice: Required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
American Society of Hand Therapists certification: Required
Occupational Therapist (OT): Required
Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC): Required
