This role will report to the Vice President, Program Management - Delivery.The primary stakeholders for this position will include Epsilon/Publicis Groupe Executive Leadership, Managing Director of Epsilon Data Platforms, Epsilon Product Leads, Epsilon Data Practice Leads, Epsilon Sales & Account teams, Publicis Groupe central teams and Publicis Groupe agencies.ResponsibilitiesTrack project and agency status.Prioritize deliverables when there are multiple urgent requests.Manage and facilitate meetings that help define the agency/client solutions.Demonstrate knowledge of data platforms and activation across multiple media channels.Facilitate demo/overview of data platform function and features when training internal resources.Review and interpret agency and/or client briefs.Provide solutions/options based on agency requests, assist agency teams in building and identifying audience models.Manage agency teams expectations.Collaborate across teams to ensure an optimal solution is in place.Organize and effectively communicate agency product feedback across teams.Assist with media activation billing across campaigns/platforms: campaign forecasting, impression reporting and invoicing.Assist in the training of internal and external Epsilon platform users related to the monthly reconciliation process.Operate autonomously and manage multiple projects concurrently.Continuously build your network throughout a cross-functional organization within a larger organizationCollaborate with internal stakeholders to manage existing processes.Align appropriate escalation points, demonstrating a diplomatic view/approach.Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback; flexible when incorporating stakeholders' feedback.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree2 – 3 years of professional experience in project and program managementExperience working with a digital media agency is required.Strong critical thinking and analytic thought process with the ability to articulate next steps.Ability to work on multiple assignments concurrently.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly motivated and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skillsAcute attention to detail (QA/QC)Effective organization and time management skillsProfessional acumenWorking knowledge of MS Office; including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; with advanced skills in ExcelDesired RequirementsProject management experienceExposure to advertising or marketing firm or partnerExperience within the digital marketing spaceAdditional InformationAbout EpsilonEpsilon is a global advertising and marketing technology company positioned at the center of Publicis Groupe.
