TITLE: Senior Software Engineer LOCATION: Mount Laurel, NJ CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Active DoD Secret security clearance EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, On-site POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Software Engineer will support EWA Government Systems Inc. (GSI) located in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. EWA GSI supports DoD and international customers by planning, implementing and testing systems and software for advanced radar and threat simulator systems. We specialize in the development of advanced radar systems and radar related products for the Department of Defense and other U.S. Government agencies. Our radar programs involve all phases of development from requirements generation through hardware and software design, fabrication, integration and test. RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to): EWA GSI is seeking a multi-faceted Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software systems. In addition, you will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. You will provide support on various projects, so the ability to adapt and prioritize projects is essential. As the Senior Engineer, you will be an intracell and important part of the team and the projects they will support. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance.
* B.S Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
* Experience working with Embedded and/or Real Time systems, specifically DoD sensor equipment.
* 10-15 years of experience related software development experience, specifically C/C++.
* Experience working in Linux and Windows environments. PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * M.S. Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
* Ability to perform a small amount of travel to customer sites. * Experience with C#/.Net. * Strong math background with strong analytical skills.
* Experience with Radar Systems.
* Experience working with the following: Qt Creator, Visual Studio, Git, GitLab, GitHub, Google Test, CxxTest, xUnit, CMake.
* Experience with DoD Lifecycle development and/or Agile methodologies.
* Software Development experience with continuous integration, test-driven development.
* Experienced in leading small teams and projects.
