Our client, a leader in supply chain management, is seeking a Demand Planner to join their team. As a Demand Planner, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting planning and logistics teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, proactive communication, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Demand Planner
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $24-$26.50/hr
Duration: 12 months (potential to extend)
What's the Job?
- Create and maintain accurate demand plans to support material flow throughout the supply chain.
- Analyze monthly sales versus forecast to identify trends and determine necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with business teams to review and modify demand plans as needed.
- Participate in Integrated Business Planning activities to ensure alignment across departments.
- Investigate data issues and work towards continuous improvement of planning processes.
What's Needed?
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Experience with SAP is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with demand planning or supply chain management preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant planning software and data analysis tools.
