Our client, a leading organization in financial services, is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Coordinator to join their team. As a Treasury Management Sales Coordinator, you will be part of the Treasury Management Sales team supporting customer onboarding and digital payment conversion initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive engagement, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Drive the execution of digital payment conversion initiatives for Treasury Management customers.
  • Engage with suppliers through outbound calls, emails, and mail campaigns to promote electronic payment solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and clients to define campaign strategies and maximize outreach effectiveness.
  • Support large and complex customer outreach campaigns as a dedicated resource.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory policies while researching and implementing best outreach practices.

What's Needed?

  • At least 2 years of Treasury Management Sales experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in outbound and phone-based sales environments.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of B2B outbound sales, client support, or treasury management processes.
  • Understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processing.
