Our client is seeking a Inside Sales Account Representative to join their team. As a Inside Sales Account Representative, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting the Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and strong relationship-building abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Manage and update customer account information with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring effective resolution of issues.
- Handle account requests including setup, maintenance, equipment service, and delivery claims to drive efficient processes.
- Conduct proactive sales and support outreach calls to existing customers, identifying new opportunities.
- Establish and nurture business relationships within the assigned territory to generate new product sales and support growth initiatives.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, account management, or related roles in restaurant, coffeehouse, or foodservice sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and report on activities to meet KPIs and sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving.
