Desktop Support Technician I

Location: Wauwatosa, WI (Fleet location on Watertown Plank Rd.)
Duration: Through 12/31/2026 (renewable annually)
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite – Candidates must be Wisconsin residents or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for PC hardware/software (Windows 10, Office 365, enterprise apps).
• Build and image PCs and laptops.
• Install and troubleshoot peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.
• Maintain user accounts and assist with Active Directory/Azure AD tasks.
• Document and resolve incidents in the ticketing system following ITIL practices.
• Participate in on-call rotation and assist with special projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 months to 5 years in desktop support, device deployment, and hardware repair.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows OS, Office suite).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and SCCM imaging software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• A+ Certification (preferred).
• Experience with printer and peripheral maintenance.
• Understanding of Client/Server environments.
