Position: Call Center - Collector HOA Representative (Bilingual: Spanish)

Compensation:
- $15/Hour + Monthly Bonus!
- Average of $200-$1,000 per Month in Bonuses!
Hours/Shift:
-Fulltime, 40 hours a week
-The department is open Monday-Saturday, Closed Sundays
- Shift times: 8 am-5 pm or 11 am-7 pm (must have the flexibility to work both.)

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Responsible for collecting money due from the owners to the HOA
  • Make telephone calls using manual and auto-dial methods.
  • Maintain a complete debt collection portfolio using the support framework designed. i.e., learning the policy and procedure for accessing letters, sources of needed information, and scheduling requirements to achieving a successful recovery.
  • Develop technical knowledge to add, change and delete information in the file screens, memorize action codes, property use forms for department networking, and skip tracing methods.
  • Master the collection system to appropriately and effectively work the debts assigned.
  • Understand FDCPA, FCRA, RESPA, and other internal systems, processes, departments, and products.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High School Diploma
  • Call Center experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are required, intermediate preferred.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to sit for an entire shift.
  • Constant computer and phone usage
Required Competencies:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Good communication skills with other staff and colleagues
  • Perform various projects requested by supervisors/managers.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Phone etiquette
  • Be able to work independently.
