Service Technician
$25.00/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of our company's products and equipment. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will directly contribute to the satisfaction of our customers and the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of company products and equipment at customer sites or in-house.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues, utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with customers to provide exceptional service, answer their questions, and provide guidance on product operation, maintenance, and safety.
Keep detailed and accurate records of service activities, including parts used, time spent, and actions taken, using digital systems or written reports.
Follow established service procedures and protocols, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and industry standards.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, technologies, and industry advancements.
Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to provide insights and feedback based on customer interactions.
Assist in the development of technical documentation, manuals, and guides for products and equipment.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Technical degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role, with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
Proficiency in reading technical schematics, diagrams, and manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Basic computer skills and experience using diagnostic software and tools.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet service deadlines.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform tasks that may require standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

$25.00/hr +
