The Role

As a member of the Brokerage & Digital Assets Marketing Team, you will support shaping and executing our marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager is responsible for conducting in-depth competitive research, identifying market opportunities, mapping customer journeys, and helping plan go-to-market strategies. Your role involves evaluating market trends, understanding customer needs, identifying barriers to entry, and analyzing competitive landscapes. You will document and communicate go-to-market plans, help facilitate their implementation, and ensure cohesive execution through stakeholder coordination. By developing a learning agenda with specific metrics and milestones, you will measure success and drive continuous improvement based on performance data.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • BS/BA, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in financial services, strategic marketing, UX, research, or product management preferred
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities with a proven track record of conducting detailed market, opportunity, and competitive analyses
  • Demonstrated program management skills with a history of leading successful cross-channel marketing initiatives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in understanding technical and product requirements alongside marketing strategy and capabilities

The Team

The Brokerage and Digital Assets Marketing Team is tasked with driving the marketing and go-to-market efforts that support Fidelity’s retail brokerage and retail digital assets lines of business. You will collaborate with your cross-functional marketing team and interface closely with business stakeholders to define and implement actionable strategies that drive business growth.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
