Job Description:

Principal Digital Experience Analyst 

As a Principal Analyst, you bring robust business and system analysis skills to design and deliver innovative digital capabilities for Fidelity’s retail crypto clients. Reporting to the Fidelity Crypto Team Lead, you work closely with the lead analyst responsible for digital experiences that enable clients to place trades, monitor their portfolios, and conduct research on crypto. Together, you identify and document requirements, ensuring seamless implementation of new digital solutions. 

The Role: 

  • Collaborate with the Experience Lead to align with business priorities and identify key focus areas. 

  • Engage with marketing, user research, and client services teams to understand customer needs. 

  • Partner with user experience designers to develop creative solutions that improve digital client experiences and drive business results. 

  • Translate and communicate business and technical needs to technical partners. 

  • Support technical partners throughout the development lifecycle to ensure alignment with requirements. 

  • Operate within an agile framework, using agile tools to document requirements. 

  • Stay current on industry trends and share insights with product teams. 

  • Facilitate discussions, drive progress, and make informed decisions, demonstrating a deep understanding of capabilities, objectives, requirements, systems, and interdependencies. 

Expertise and Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required. 

  • 8+ years of experience in business and systems analysis, product and/or program management in an agile environment. 

  • Experience gathering and identifying requirements for front end client experiences. 

  • Preferred experience with Figma, Miro and Jira.  

  • Strong critical thinking and judgment skills. 

  • Effective relationship-building with key business, IT, legal, risk, and compliance partners. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels. 

  • Self-starter with a passion for products, technology, and customer experience. 

  • Ability to define, refine, and present capability vision to rally support from partners. 

  • Inspect and evaluate progress, removing impediments as needed. 

  • Ability to anticipate and prioritize client and partner needs. 

  • Digital asset experience is a plus.

The Fidelity Digital Assets? Product Delivery function drives the delivery and execution of multiple product areas and initiatives to increase business value and customer satisfaction. The Fidelity Digital Assets? Product Delivery function has a division called the Fidelity Crypto Experience team which is accountable for the ongoing management and integration of key capabilities within the Fidelity Crypto digital product experience.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs.
