Finger Lakes On Wheels LLC is an equal employment opportunity looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Delivery Drivers to deliver Amazon Packages with high technology devices in comfortable cargo vans. No CDL Required!

Shifts start 10:30 AM until packages are delivered. (Max 10 hours)

Hourly rate of $22 with possible overtime. Full-time Delivery Drivers work 4 days a week. Paid Training. Free work shoes up to $125. We provide vans, uniforms and all required equipment to our staff.

Full time benefits available after 90 days.

DELIVERY DRIVER JOB SUMMARY:

SAFETY IS THE JOB

This position is for professional drivers who treat safety as a non-negotiable standard.

If you cut corners, speed, multitask while driving, ignore policies, or believe “good drivers don’t need rules,” do not apply.

Our operation enforces strict driving, compliance, and conduct standards to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for customers every single day.

Minimum Requirements (No Exceptions) Driving History

• Minimum 7 years of clean driving history
• No DUI/DWI, reckless driving, or license suspensions
• No serious at-fault accidents
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
• Must be comfortable operating vehicles with in-cab safety monitoring

Drug & Fitness Standards

• Must pass a 5-panel drug screen including THC
• Zero tolerance for impairment on duty
• Must be physically capable of meeting DOT-level medical standards

(CDL/DOT card not required, but physical capability is mandatory)

Physical & Mental Requirements

• Lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Frequent entering/exiting of vehicle
• Work in all weather conditions
• Maintain focus, judgment, and professionalism for an entire shift

• Follow procedures even when unsupervised
• Accept coaching and correction without resistance
• Prioritize safety over speed, shortcuts, or convenience
• Represent the company professionally on and off the road

REQUIREMENTS:

Must include work history/resume when you apply

· Loves to drive and stay VERY active throughout the day

· Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) and be able to get in and out of a van safely throughout the day

· Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and meet driving requirements. Probationary license not accepted. Clean driving record for 7 years.

· Commercial (or work-related) driving experience is a plus

· High School Diploma or equivalent

Must pass drug test.
