$50 per hour + Monthly Bonuses
Full-Time | Tuesday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)

Your Role

• Deliver preventive and periodontal care (prophy, SRP, perio maintenance)
• Capture diagnostics including digital X-rays and intraoral photos
• Educate patients clearly to build trust and treatment acceptance
• Partner with doctors for co-diagnosis and comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate documentation and sterile, organized operatories
• Support smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling

What We’re Looking For

• Active Kentucky Dental Hygiene License
• Local anesthesia/nitrous certification (preferred)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain without jargon
• Comfortable with digital systems and modern dental technology
• Detail-oriented with strong infection control standards
• Growth mindset and collaborative, team-first attitude
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus
