The Opportunity:

The Corporate Initiatives Analyst helps the Program Lead with various work streams and processes for large-scale programs including expanding our global footprint through the Corporate Office Launch Program. Reporting directly to our Group Vice President of Corporate Initiatives, you will work closely with your management as well as other teams including Facilities, Fulfillment, IT, and the Business to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and deliverables are completed on time and consistent with Fisher standards. You will collaborate with all levels of the business and support processes to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.

 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Identify potential process improvements and recommend solutions to management
  • Develop and implement proposed solutions to improve the efficiency of the department
  • Mentor associates and new analysts on the team
  • Assist Program Lead to ensure projects are completely and efficiently meeting the our requirements
  • Work with partners to collect requirements and help Program Lead define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Assess project progress and escalate issues regarding scope, timelines, resources and costs for management or Program Lead review
  • Maintain program documentation including timelines, runbooks, and documentation  
  • Collaborate with internal departments related to the program including IT, Facilities, Fulfillment and our users
  • Identify and manage program dependencies and project planning
  • Develop best practices and tools for program execution and management

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in corporate office buildouts or renovations
  • Full lifecycle corporate facilities project management experience (ex. IT implementations, space planning & mapping, vendor coordination, etc.)
  • Highly organized and able to provide examples of documentation management excellence
