Five Star Truck & Auto Repair is growing, and we’re looking for a true professional to help lead the front counter. This is a rare opportunity to join a developing high-ticket independent shop early, make a real impact, and grow alongside ownership.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to sell honestly, communicate clearly, keep customers happy, and keep the shop moving efficiently. Candidates must have a minimum of eight (8) years of direct Service Advisor/Service Writer experience. General automotive industry experience does not qualify toward this requirement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greet customers and manage vehicle check-ins
• Build estimates and repair orders
• Recommend needed maintenance and repairs
• Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
• Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
• Secure approvals and close sales professionally
• Schedule appointments and manage workflow
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 8 years of automotive Service Advisor experience
• Fluent Spanish speaking skills REQUIRED
• Strong sales and estimating ability
• Experience in independent or dealership environments
• Comfortable using shop management software
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Organized, professional, and dependable
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Experience:

• Tekmetric experience
• ASE certifications or additional training
• Leadership or lead advisor background

Five Star Truck & Auto Repair is a growing independent repair facility focused on building something long-term. We currently operate with a tight-knit team, high-ticket repair orders, and a strong commitment to improving and expanding the business.

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
